Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Yearly plans are pro-rated.
What happens if I exceed my quarterly invoice limit?
You can easily increase the number of invoices included in your package, starting at 40€ per 500 extra invoices. We notify you when you cross 80% of the cap so you can decide before you hit it.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on Accelerate or Turbo. Enterprise onboarding is included in the custom quote.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, 7 days on every plan. No credit card required to start.
How does multi-company work?
Each connected company gets its own ledger, users, approval rules, and reports. Switch context from a single dropdown.
Is my data secure?
Yes. EU-hosted infrastructure, AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, full audit logs. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML and custom DPA.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current period.
Are you compliant with Verifactu?
Yes. Verifactu compliance is included in every plan. We generate the required certified records for Spanish tax authorities (AEAT). SII reporting (libros registro de IVA) is available from Turbo and above.
Are you compliant with SDI?
Yes. SDI (Sistema di Interscambio) integration for Italian e-invoicing is available from Turbo and above. We handle the issuance and receipt of FatturaPA documents through the SDI on your behalf.
